I bought a new fridge about 3 weeks ago. Side-by-side GE and has a water and ice dispensor. The ice is working perfect but the water is room temperature. I couldn’t find any information in the manual about whether the water is supposed to be room temp or cold. I would think the water is supposed to be cold but it’s not. Is that normal? I have a GE Arctica PSS23MSTSC SS side-by-side. First, the water and ice dispenser stopped workiing. I was able to select all the choices, but I would just hear a click for a second. No water or ice would come out. Then the lights on the front panel went out and finally the temperature display for the fridge and freezer both went blank. The fridge and freezer seem to be working properly. I took off the kickplate and checked the wires that go into the molex connection. They seem OK - not broken, corroded or rusted. Any ideas what I should investigate next?
