Water Dispenser on Fridge quit working..?

I have a GE side by side fridge with a water and ice dispenser in the door.

Today, for no apparent reason, the water dispenser quit working.

All the fittings seem fine. The water to the fridge is turned on.

It sounds like the line is clogged. The refrigerator water lines are often white or clear. Pull out the refrigerator and see if you can determine if something is lodged in the line.

4 establishments fail state health inspections

The state's Department of Agriculture conducts yearly inspections of food-serving establishments to ensure public safety and safe food-handling practices. Schools are inspected twice per year, according to the Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratories.

Whether an establishment is considered compliant or non-compliant is the discretion of the inspector. There are, however, several violations for which inspectors should automatically consider establishments non-compliant. Called "critical violations," they include food temperature issues, issues with chemicals and how they're handled, and employee hygiene.

Depending on the severity of the situation, inspectors and their supervisors could file citations or close an establishment.

Below is a list of establishments listed as compliant and out-of-compliance for inspections conducted Nov. 2-9.

Water Dispenser Quit Working - Appliance Repair Forum

The trouble began when we replaced the water filter. Afterwards, there was floating debris in the water. We thought we could simply flush this stuff out of the cooling coil by running a few gallons of water through. This didn't work. After running the filter counter down from 99 to 85, we decided that the problem was probably a faulty filter. Anyway, at the count of 85, the water dispenser quit working, the microswitch clicks but nothing happens. BTW, the ice maker still works. I suspect the problem is either in the microswitch or in the no-drip valve near the activation lever. Trouble is, how to get access to these components. How does one do this. It appears that the black plastic bezel on the front panel is firmly attached and I'm afraid that if I try to pry it loose, it will break. I cannot see any screws that would let me remove anything....
