i know they have the big 3 or 5 gallon jugs of water, but in most models they jug is inverted and on top of the the dispenser, assuming to avoid the use of a pump, and allow gravity to do the work. well, how is the jug put there without spilling?
We had one @ work, the top of the bottle comes off. You turn the 3-5 gallon jug ,up to the top of the fridge and then tilt it over VERY quickly to keep the water from going every where. Then you are done. If that makes not sense email me iamnotliz@yahoo.
