cheap fix
As said before, this is an inexpensive fix to the ice chute freezing up. Directions are not included other than replace all parts. I just used my camera phone to take picks of old setup before I removed the parts so I would know how it went back together. Hardest part is getting the front trim... -

The dent is small about tje size of a dime. Is there any repair kits, methods or service people that can fix it. Whirlpool the manufacturer was no help.
If the dent does not have a sharp crease, you can get a small piece of dry ice and hold it over the dent. It will make the surface contract due to the cold and the dent will pop out. This is the same method used for paintless dent repair and hail damage at most auto body shops.
