Customer Reviews:
  1. Great for study room
I really like iced apple juice, but the ice was melting before I ever finished my drink. I was going through apple juice like crazy, but never really drinking much of it. I bought this personal fridge to cut down on wasting apple juice (don't like it all watered down from melted ice). It works so...
  2. Works great, but time will tell if it gets a 5th star
This little "backup" fridge keeps 6 soda cans very cold. The look is pretty neat. My main quibble is with the latch mechanism. It's a little plastic thing that I'm afraid will break because it takes a little bit of guess work to figure out wither to pull or turn to open. (It turns.) It's...

Is it office appropriate?

Lately there have been complaints in the Office about people who leave their dirty dishes in the sink; usually it's coffee mugs, nothing too big. Recently the office was forewarned (via email--by an older coworker) that any dishes left around...

Wait a minute. Why did this "older coworker take it upon herself to give a directive?? Does she own the sink? Did she install the sink? Is she a supervisor? I laugh at those petty "wanna-be" supervisors.

Problems at a new job and need opinions please.?

I have a new part time job, working for a friend of my fiance. This man owns a mexican restaurant, and sometimes there are some language issues. I have another job, 3 days a week, so I work 2 days at his restaurant, doing paperwork.

Just do what you're told too. If he gets mad because you didn't do something or something was done wrong, you have an excellent answer of I would have done that if I had been told about it.

Post office caught in a time lag

I could not get this column done. I was too busy checking my email. That never happens with trusty old mail.

It arrives once a day. You can set it aside in a neat pile until you’ve got time, and unless you’re awaiting a package from Amazon, there is rarely the compulsion to check the mailbox every five minutes.

What will we do once it’s gone? Drown in our inboxes?

The U. S. Postal Service is on the brink and has floated a dramatic plan to remain solvent. Dropping Saturday service. Closing post offices. Raising prices —again.

There’s a backlash from Lackawanna to Douglas, Alaska, as residents fight to keep their local office open. Nobody wants the post office in their backyard to close. Nobody wants to see the jobs disappear from their community.

And the Postal Service—in what appears to be a desperate attempt to hold onto the business it still has— has launched a ridiculous new ad campaign that plays up the danger of email.
