Dungy asked Plonski if he followed the Steelers. Plonski said his team was the Browns because his family is from Cleveland.
Dungy was pleasant throughout.
"He was in like no hurry to get rid of me," Plonski said.
Dungy was just as gracious in speaking to five of Plonski's co-workers. After asking who wanted to talk to Dungy, Plonski put the former coach and NFL defensive back on speakerphone, and he took questions.
