For some reason I expected these were going to be similar to a Pyrex glass and that they would be oven proof like a custard cup. I wanted to make custards, grapenut, and pumpkin puddings in them in the oven and then just cover them and put them in the fridge. I know they don't say they are heat... -
Perfect for Baby Food
I was looking for something reasonably priced that would allow me to store (in the fridge) and serve baby food. Because I do not like to microwave in plastic, something glass and with lids was ideal. I have not had the problems with the lids seeming cheap or leaky at all and the bowls nest nicely...

For our bedtime ritual, and the list goes on… I’m not a fan of “quick trips” with a baby, as it feels like a whole lot of work for a whole lot of nothing, but obviously skipping a family wedding wasn’t an option, so on I packed. We hopped onto our plane, rented our car and though Eva didn’t get in a big nap that day, the journey was relatively painless. She hardly fussed, ate like a champion and was excited to play and smile at the newness around her.
My in-laws had set us up in a 1-bedroom cottage at the inn, which is everything I need when travelling with Eva, as we’re able to get her settled into a nap routine in the separate bedroom. To be honest, I’ve yet to face the challenge of checking into a single hotel room with my daughter—I’m not sure I understand how it would work. Will she nap and sleep with the lights on? Or do we sit in total darkness, holding our breath until she’s fast asleep? Or do you turn the bathroom into a makeshift bedroom and leave the door open a crack? Will that last question result in Child Services knocking on my apartment door? These are questions for answers I do not have.
