Great for study room
I really like iced apple juice, but the ice was melting before I ever finished my drink. I was going through apple juice like crazy, but never really drinking much of it. I bought this personal fridge to cut down on wasting apple juice (don't like it all watered down from melted ice). It works so... -
Works great, but time will tell if it gets a 5th star
This little "backup" fridge keeps 6 soda cans very cold. The look is pretty neat. My main quibble is with the latch mechanism. It's a little plastic thing that I'm afraid will break because it takes a little bit of guess work to figure out wither to pull or turn to open. (It turns.) It's...
I can share anything but food and clothes and would rather have my food in my own refrigerator. Our dorm room is big enough for 2 mini-frigs, so is it wierd for me to have my own?
It's not weird for you each to have your own fridge. What WOULD be weird is if you were convinced that your fridges are somehow communicating with each other and plotting to overthrow you and your roommate.

Chloe Sutton on the Olympic Training Center: 'My second home'
The dorm rooms at the training center are modest but comfortable. Each room contains three beds, a TV, mini fridge, sink and a desk. There is a bathroom on each hall. The rooms are the perfect size to pretty much dedicate to sleeping and with the extra intense training and higher altitude, that's basically all you want to do between workout sessions. The dorms are all a short, two-minute walk to the dining hall and athlete center. The dining hall has a wide variety of foods that change every day. Each item has its nutritional information listed above it so that you can be sure to choose the right foods for you.
The staff that work at the dining hall and athlete center are all extremely nice and helpful. Typically if you need or want anything different, they can get it for you. I am always impressed at how easily I can get great food that is highly nutritious and sustaining. It is all very convenient.
The pool is wonderful. It's 50 meters and has about 10 digital pace clocks on the walls. You can always know if you're on pace or not. The water is always the perfect temperature and the pool's specifications are that of the fastest pools in the world. They have very high-tech cameras to track your stroke when you decide to get filmed so that you can see every angle. Most everyone's favorite part of the OTC pool complex is the huge hot tub to jump in after practice.
