I bought this after my first dorm fridge of the semester crapped out. I had a lot of problems with ordering and delivery of this product, but it was due to the company; the item itself is perfectly fine. It is virtually the same as other 2-door refrigerator/freezers of more recognizable names... -

I have whrilpool black refrigerator. It is 2 doors. The right is refrigerator and the left is freezer. Recently it has begun to act strange. Sometimes it just shuts off.. no power at all. I dont know whats going on? I have no idea what is should do?
When it is actually running is the temperature correct? It sounds like there is a problem with the thermostat which needs to be professionally checked unless you know of someone who is knowledgable of electrical goods and can SAFELY test it for you.

This is a nice little unit. It’s been functioning properly and makes very little noise as it runs.
My concern is with the way it is packaged. The packaging does not offer any protection (aside from the cardboard wrapping) against being banged about by package delivery companies. This type of packaging is meant only for bulk freight hauling where pallets of these units are moved around with forklifts.
My unit arrived with a dent near the rear that also knocked loose a support beam. The dent is permanent, but I was able to secure the support beam. Once you open the packaging, it would be very difficult to rewrap in such a way as to return it. So, I’m keeping it because it does work well, and I can’t notice the dent by where the unit is placed....
