I am shopping for a french door refrigerator without a ice/water dispenser in the door. I'd like 25 - 26 cu ft. I would appreciate thoughts regarding ease of use, price, and reliability, The 2 brands I'm most interest in are Samsung and LG.
First make sure you have a local repair facility for either brand. There are not repair men for all brands in all areas. Friends bought a high end LG stove. 3 months later it starts turning the burners off randomly. Come to find out, no LG service personnel in our area.

You've done everything you can do without service taps and gauges. The next step is to check the pressures, I guarantee something is screwed up. Either there is a blockage, the orifices are clogged, or you've lost refrigerant from a small leak. Something probably knocked loose
